How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or periods of high demand.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within United Kingdom. Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
If you are outside our standard shipping areas and have questions, feel free to contact us before placing an order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before an order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

What if my order arrives damaged?
