Returns & Refunds Policy

At Echo & Earth Healing, each item is created and packaged with care and intention. Because many of our products are personal, handmade, or wellness-related, we maintain a thoughtful returns policy that balances hygiene, fairness, and customer satisfaction.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and resellable items in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and energetic integrity reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Crystals or spiritual tools that have been used
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Digital products or downloads
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
- The item is defective
We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped.
